Are your materials certified?: Yes our materials are supplied by a trusted certified sellers, certification can be provided.
Do you work on car engines?: Car engines are out of our line of service. However part attachments for said engine can be fabricated or repaired. We also have a 3 ton press for press fit bushings.
Can you weld gas tanks?: Yes but for the safety of our workers we'd like to personally oversee that the gas tank is let to dry for at least 1-2 weeks.
Can you machine plastics?: Yes we can machine a variety of plastic materials including composites of carbon fiber and fiber glass.
What materials can you machine?: Tool steel and stainless steel parts are our regular work load however we've worked with harder materials such as inconel and titanium. Any other material that is softer such as mild steel, aluminum and brass are of no problem.
